Shipping policy

We try to ship items as often and quickly as possible. Normal turn around time for shipping is between 2-5 business days. Shipping is charged base on your location. Tracking is sent to the email address you provide upon checkout. Prices may vary according to the weight of the item being shipped. All pricing is ultimately determined by the USPS, Fed Ex, UPS and other carriers. Once an item has been shipped, I have the same tracking number and access to view the progress of a package as the customer. Should an item become lost or stolen, the customer must then make a claim with said carrier. Buck Wild Bohemian is, in no way, responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages. Refunds or compensation will not be granted for said issues, we strongly encourage buyers to purchase insurance for their packages.

If you would like insurance on your package, it is highly recommended that the customer pay for priority shipping. Items damaged/delayed/stolen upon arrival are not eligible for refund or replacement, which is why we STRONGLY recommend purchasing insurance for your package.
