Refund policy
My #1 goal for this company is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
VINTAGE JEWELRY: we accept returns for up to 30 days post-purchase if the customer is not satisfied. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the original piece in question must be still completely in tact. I will not accept or refund broken or damaged jewelry.
SHOP UPDATE JEWELRY: items are subject to non refundable status varying from update to update due to high volume of demand.
All down payments, shipping and taxes are all nonrefundable. When shipping an item back in exchange for a refund, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product.
Please inspect your items upon receiving them. IF you are unsatisfied with the product, please email bwbcloset@gmail.com to request a refund.
Layaway items are nonrefundable.
